Intro:
It’s amazing to me
the amount of agony
That we go though to feel a little free
There’re lessons that life teaches
A hash does it with leaches
Knocked down by life’s demands
A million miles an hour pass the times hands
Seize the moment capture the day
On a hash run I feel that way.
Here we go
here we go
Don’t go to slow
‘cause if you do the leashes will get all O….
ver U’r body
‘nd U won’t like that
So check it out

The Hash
Monday second day of the work week
Adventure looms ahead / this is what I seek
I used to be like Garfield on Mondays
Hated them with all my heart but now they’re my fun days
I have to plan my escape
accordingly
It’s not that easy to leave work a little early
I ask the guys to watch out for my back
Give them lots of work just to cover my tracks
I’m a normal man ‘till I get out the gate
When I turn the corner I accelerate
All out nonstop, I got to make the run
Some things you do for the hell of it the fun…..
Pin point planning of the MI type
Don’t know how they come up with these plans / but I like…
The limit that you have to push
Just to make it out the bush
So check it out / this thing that I like
Is such a delight…
Just like jamming all day on the mike
Its really exquisite
A little masochistic
This experience so let me just list it…
Arrive at destination 6 O’clock
on the dot…
Couple weeks ago s when they’ve chosen the spot…
You ask U’r self if your ready or not …
This thing is going to take everything that you got
One hour of hardcore
Terrain to be explored
One week later U’ll be asking for more
When you arrive
You feel alive
With the sun on Ur side
‘nd Ur ready to ride
Feeling pretty good, muscles all stretched
At the on-down U’r thirst U’ll quench
Instructions are given U know
what to follow
The blind leading the blind but that’s just a hollow…
description of what actually goes on
This is the hash run…
but there is no start gun
Up the hill U go ‘cause you are on….
Following the trail along with every one….
The jungle opens up here comes
the road
The distance…
No clue …
‘cause you’re not told
